These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the doseeva website, channel, tools, and any sites, software, or services provided through it (together, the "Service"), operated by Ankit Verma ("doseeva", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, contacting us, or accepting any work or technology we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

doseeva is a personal, goodwill initiative rooted in seva — service. Where we choose to build websites, digital prints, or other technology for artists and labour workers, we do so free of charge and entirely at our own discretion.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, promise, or contractual obligation to provide any work, service, or support to any person. We may decline, pause, or stop providing the Service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

The doseeva name, logo, website, written content, source code, designs, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights in them except the limited right to view this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Where we build something for an artist or worker, they keep the rights to their own original work. We retain ownership of the underlying code, templates, frameworks, and tools used to deliver it, and may reuse them for other projects. Any licence we grant is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

If you ask us to build or publish something, you are solely responsible for ensuring you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any material you provide. You agree that such material does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful.

You agree to use anything we provide lawfully and in good faith, and not in any way that could harm, overload, or bring into disrepute doseeva or any third party.

The Service and everything provided through it is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims will not exceed one hundred (100) units of local currency, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless doseeva and Ankit Verma from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any content you provide, or your breach of these Terms.
